Achari Aloo

Ingredients:
4 slices English Oven Multi-Grain bread
1 cup boiled Potatoes, cut into small cubes
1 tbsp Olive Oil
½ tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander, chopped
Salt
Butter to grease

Method:

Heat the oil in a kadhai, toss the boiled potatoes in all the spices and add to the hot kadhai, gently stir around to mix and let is sizzle. Season with salt and add the chopped coriander, mix it up and cook till the potato pieces begin to become crisp. Remove, cool and make two sandwiches with English Oven Multi-Grain bread. Heat and grease a grill pan or sandwich toaster. Place the sandwiches in the hot grill and grill till toasted. Serve with hot tea and mint chutney.
