Grilled Chicken

2 English Oven Burger Buns
200 gms Boneless Chicken, cut into thin strips
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tsp garlic paste
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil for pan frying
For Burger:
4 Onion Slices
2 Lettuce Leaves
2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise


Marinate the chicken strips in the soy, honey, mustard, ketchup and garlic paste, season with salt and pepper and set aside for an hour, refrigerated. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips on high flame for 2-3 minutes, tossing in the pan, then lower flame and cook for another 3-4 minutes till done. Remove and drain in a plate.
To assemble the burgers, spread the lower slice with mayonnaise, top with a lettuce leaf and place few strips of the chicken. Add cheese if you like. Serve hot with BBQ sauce and French Fries.
