What you will need!

Beetroot Patty

200gms Beetroot, boiled and grated

50gms Onion, chopped (finely chopped)

1gm Turmeric Powder

1gm Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

1gm Cumin Powder

5gm Coriander, finely chopped

1gm Garam Masala

1gm Dry Mango Powder

50gms Potato, boiled and mashed

1gm Chaat Masala

Salt, to taste

Oil for frying

100gms Avocado, flesh

15gms Onions, chopped

15gms Tomato, chopped

2gms Coriander, chopped

2ml Lemon Juice

Salt, to taste

Black Pepper, to taste

2gms Chili, chopped

1pc English Oven Seeded Burger Bun

10gms Lettuce

10gms Feta, crumbled

How to make

Putting it together

In a bowl, add all of the above ingredients and mash everything together

Shape them into burger patties and then refrigerate them for 30mins

Heat oil for frying, once hot, add the patties in and fry until golden brown.

Add the Avocado flesh into a bowl and then mash it until smooth.

Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together.

Guac is ready to be topped on the burger!

Layer it with lettuce, patty and guacamole.

Top it with crumbled feta cheese and close the burger
