What you will need!

10ml Oil

20gms Butter

1gm Jeera

60gms Onion, chopped

15gms Ginger Garlic Paste

15gms Kashmiri Chili Paste

1gm Coriander Powder

1gm Turmeric Powder

10gms Pav Bhaji Masala

60gms Capsicum

60gms Cauliflower

60gms Peas

60gms Tomatoes

100gms Potatoes

Water, if required

Handful of Coriander

10ml Lemon Juice

How to make

Putting it together

In a pan, add oil, butter, jeera and let it sizzle for a bit. Then add the onions and let them get golden brown

Next goes, ginger garlic paste and kashmiri chilli paste for extra zing. Let it cook until the oil separates, then add coriander powder, turmeric powder and half of the pav bhaji masala so that they bloom.

Add the tomatoes in the pan and let them cook for a min on high flame, then add all the boiled veggies and mash it all up!

Now add pav bhaji masala, water, coriander and some lemon juice. Mix properly and let it cook. Turn off the flame, top with some more coriander.

Cut the English Oven Pav. In a pan, add butter, coriander and pav bhaji masala and mix. Add the cut pavs and let them married with that butter until warm and keep aside

Plate up the bhaji and buttered Pav, some coriander, squeeze a lime, add a spoonful of butter and lastly onions.
