- 2 English Oven Hotdog Roll Breads
- 1.5 cup Mixed vegetables, cut into thin slices – cabbage, carrot, capsicum
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1.5 tsp Wine Vinegar
- ½ tsp Mustard Powder
- ½ tsp Honey
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
Mix the vegetables with the mayonnaise and the vinegar. Add honey and mustard and pepper powders, season with salt and add the mixed herbs mix. Toss well to make coleslaw. Spread the slaw in the hotdog rolls and serve cold with ketchup and mustard sauce. You can also serve with fries and wedges.
