4 slices English Oven Multi-Grain Bread

2 tsp Dijon Mustard

125 gms Smoked Salmon

½ Lemon, juiced

¼ tsp Tabasco Sauce

1 tsp Dried Dill

Pinch of Mustard Powder

Fresh Pepper

Salt

How to make

Putting it together

Slice the Salmon into thin slices. Toss the salmon with the lemon juice, Tabasco, dried dill, salt, pepper and mustard in a bowl.

Lightly spread Dijon mustard on 2 slices, top the other two with the Salmon salad, add 1-2 rocket leaves and close the sandwich.

Serve cold with French fries and extra mustard on the side.
