Smoked Salmon Salad

Ingredients:
4 slices English Oven Multi-Grain Bread
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
125 gms Smoked Salmon
½ Lemon, juiced
¼ tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 tsp Dried Dill
Pinch of Mustard Powder
Fresh Pepper
Salt
Rocket Leaves

Method:

Slice the Salmon into thin slices. Toss the salmon with the lemon juice, Tabasco, dried dill, salt, pepper and mustard in a bowl. Lightly spread Dijon mustard on 2 slices, top the other two with the Salmon salad, add 1-2 rocket leaves and close the sandwich. Serve cold with French fries and extra mustard on the side.
