Tuna Mayo

2 slices English Oven Multi-Grain Bread
½ cup Tuna Flakes
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 small Red Onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
½ Lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper
Few lettuce leaves


Crumble the tuna fish flakes in a bowl. Add onions, parsley, lemon juice and then the mayonnaise. Mix together well. Season it with salt and pepper and layer in the bread slices to make thick sandwiches. Serve cold with mustard and ketchup.
