Vegetable Cutlet

2 English Oven Burger Buns
1 cup Boiled Mixed Vegetables – carrots, cauliflower, beans
1 large Boiled Potato
2 tbsp Corn flour
½ tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Fresh Pepper Powder
½ tsp Chilli Powder
1 cup Seasoned Bread crumbs
Oil for Shallow frying
For the Burger:
2 slices of Tomato
2 Lettuce leaves
2 Cheese slices
1 tbsp English Mustard or Coriander Chutney


Mash the boiled vegetables with the potato, season with the masalas and add the corn flour. Blend the patty dough well together and check the salt. Moisten hands with water to form patties, coat with seasoned breadcrumbs and shallow fry in hot oil for few minutes on each side, till both sides are evenly brown and crisp.
To assemble the burger, use mustard sauce or coriander chutney as the base, layer with a slice of cheese, then a lettuce leaf, place the vegetable patty and top with tomato slices. Serve hot with mustard or chutney.
