Sandwiches
What you will need!
4 slices English Oven Sandwich Bread
2 slices Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
1 tbsp Butter to grease
1 tsp Cajun Spice Mix
Heat a grill pan or sandwich grill, grease. Make two sandwiches with the cheddar cheese slices; add more if you want a more loaded sandwich.
Place on the grill and gently press down with a wooden spatula to sizzle.
Once the cheese melts and the sandwich is evenly brown, remove and serve hot with a side of Cajun spiced cream cheese.
