What you will need!
2slices English Oven Brown Bread
50gms Chickpeas, boiled
5gms Celery, chopped
10gms Yellow Pepper, chopped
40gms Mayo
2ml Lemon Juice
Salt, as per taste
Pepper, as per taste
5gms Microgreens
In a bowl, add boiled chickpeas, celery, yellow pepper, mayo, salt, pepper and lemon juice, mix it all together
Mash few chickpeas for extra creaminess
Take a slice of English Oven Brown Bread, put the chickpea filling and garnish with micro-greens
