Pizza
What you will need!
1 English Oven Pizza Base
½ cup sliced Mushrooms
2-3 tbsp sliced Black Olives
6 tbsp Mascarpone cheese
3-4 tbsp Pizza Sauce
To assemble the pizza, spread the base with pizza sauce, top evenly with mushroom slices and black olive slices.
Whip the mascarpone to soften and drop spoonful over the mushrooms and olives.
Pre heat the oven to 200C and bake the pizza for 5-7 minutes or till the cheese is melting over and the mushrooms have softened. Serve hot.
