Sandwiches
What you will need!
15gms Butter
15gms Flour
60ml Milk
50gms Sweet Corn, boiled
50gms Spinach, chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2slices English Oven 100% Atta Bread
In a saucepot, add butter and flour, mix it well until the raw smell of flour disappears
Then add the milk, little by little, whisking it constantly so that no lumps are formed.
Add the seasoning and let the sauce get thick.
Add sweet corn and spinach to the thick sauce
Take two slices of English Oven 100% Atta bread, fill the spinach corn filling and close the sandwich
Toast the sandwich and enjoy it with ketchup
