What you will need!
4slices English Oven Brown Bread
100gms Chickpeas, boiled
10gms Celery, chopped
20gms Yellow Pepper, chopped
90gms Mayo
2ml Lemon Juice
Salt, as per taste
Pepper, as per taste
5gms Microgreens
In a bowl, add boiled chickpeas, celery, yellow pepper, mayo, salt, pepper and lemon juice, mix it all together.
Mash few chickpeas for extra creaminess
Take a slice of English Oven Brown Bread, put the chickpea filling, microgreens and then close the sandwich
