10gms Celery, chopped

20gms Yellow Pepper, chopped

90gms Mayo

2ml Lemon Juice

Salt, as per taste

Pepper, as per taste

5gms Microgreens

In a bowl, add boiled chickpeas, celery, yellow pepper, mayo, salt, pepper and lemon juice, mix it all together.
